FedEx is our freight carrier for domestic and international shipments. The United States Postal Service (USPS) is used for all military shipments to AFO/APO addresses.
- FedEx is not allowed to ship to PO Boxes. If you enter PO Box information, we will automatically ship via USPS unless we hear from you otherwise.
- We shouldn’t be responsible for incorrect or incomplete addresses supplied by you, the customer, so, please double check the address.
- Packages typically ship same-day if ordered before noon (EST); if not, they will ship within 24 hours of orders on regular business days (unless otherwise noted).
- Sales Tax: North Carolina Sales tax (7.75%) will be added to any packages shipped to a North Carolina address (sorry, the government makes us do it)
- We reserve the right to substitute any item in a package for another item of equal or greater value.
Shipping to military APO/AFO Addresses:
Street: Ship name, Unit number, CMR or PSC #, and box (if assigned)
City: AFO/APO designation
State: AE, AA, AP
SHIPPING NOTE:
As a general rule, it is a dollar or two cheaper to ship via USPS vs. Fedex. But, we ship the largest majority of our packages with FedEx.
