Shipping/Returns

  • We can't ship to P.O. Boxes via UPS; we need a complete address. If you enter PO Box information, we will automatically ship via USPS unless we hear from you otherwise.
  • We aren't responsible for incorrect or incomplete addresses supplied by the customer, so, please double check the address.
  • Packages should ship within 24 hours of orders on regular business days unless otherwise noted.
  • Sales Tax: Sales tax (6.75%) will be added to any packages shipped to a North Carolina address.
  • We reserve the right to substitute any item in a package for another item of equal or greater value.
  • We reserve the right to change pricing at any time.
    SHIPPING TIME FRAME (PLEASE READ):

     Orders placed from Monday-Friday should ship the same business day (unless extreme circumstances exist).

     If you order any time after 6 p.m. on Friday, or any time during Saturday or Sunday, UPS packages cannot ship out until Monday night at the earliest, regardless if the package(s) are shipped UPS Ground or  an expedited shipping method is used.
 
   So, for example, if you ship 2nd-Day Air and order a package on Saturday or Sunday afternoon, the package will not actually leave from UPS at our origination until Monday night. It would not arrive to its'   destination until Wednesday, possibly not until the evening hour. Unfortunately, this is the earliest time that UPS will be able to ship packages out. We aren't able make this shipping process any faster.

Shipping to military APO/AFO Addresses:

Street: Ship name, Unit number, CMR or PSC #, and box (if assigned)

City: AFO/APO designation

State: AE, AA, AP


International Shipping:

We can ship internationally but not through our online sales terminal. Please give us a call and we can get you shipping information and take your order over the phone.

This is a great way to send a student studying abroad something from home!


SHIPPING NOTE:

As a general rule, it is a few dollars cheaper to ship via USPS vs. UPS. So, unless you have a special akin to UPS, save a few dollars and ship USPS.
