If you're looking for last minute travel deals, check out lastminute.com (click banner ad below). You won't be able to fly out of every city, but there are a good number of available cities to choose from. You can probably find a pretty good last-minute deal on here.

A few weeks ago, I was contemplating a business flight from Raleigh up to DC. Through lastminute.com, I could stay in a hotel for 4 nights and fly up there for the price of just the ticket on other airline sites.

The caveat is that there are only certain dates to travel on--so you won't necessarily be able to fly up and back on the dates you want--or you might end up paying for an extra hotel night or two that you won't end up using.

Nevertheless, I think I'd rather waste a hotel night and still pay less than what it would cost me to just buy the airline ticket alone. At least I'll sleep better knowing that the hotel isn't making any extra money since my room is still booked.
